How do we work?
T-A-Davis & Associates, Inc. prides itself on the relationships it maintains with its clients and with its candidates. Each recruiter has a background in hospitality and can relate well to the needs of both the clients and those candidates looking to explore a new position in the industry. T-A-Davis recruiters take the time to listen. Never will a recruiter approach a candidate with a search that is not appropriate with that person's wants and needs. A candidate will only be approached with those searches that will be a good match with a candidate's experience and goals. Our mission is to make a win-win match for our client and the candidate.
The T-A-Davis recruiter/candidate relationship
When dealing with a candidate, T-A-Davis recruiters have a strict policy of maintaining a confidential relationship with the candidate. A recruiter will never send out a candidate's resume to a client without proper consent. Upon approval, a recruiter will then guide a candidate through the process, i.e. reviewing resumes, giving insight into the interviewing process, providing interview feedback and assisting in the negotiating process. A T-A-Davis recruiter will act as a friend and a consultant in providing the candidate with honest feedback and proper guidance. Relationships with our candidates are as valuable to us as those with our clients.

Our searches with restaurant companies include: Presidents, Regional Directors, General Managers, Assistant Managers, Corporate Chefs, Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs and Kitchen Managers.
Hotel searches include: Presidents, Vice Presidents of Operations, Vice Presidents of Mergers and Acquisitions, General Managers, Rooms Division Managers, Directors of Sales and Marketing, Sales Managers, Executive Housekeepers, Human Resources Directors, Front Office Managers, Food and Beverage Directors, Directors of Catering, Catering Sales Managers, Restaurant Managers, Banquet Managers, and Chef positions.
Other searches include positions within country clubs, racetracks, casinos, hospitality design firms, spas, retirement communities, and institutional foodservice organizations.
